Although the quote applies to almost everything, weight goals, macros, food portion goals, workout goals, financial goals. Think about it and start measuring! You must have accurate data before you can know what to change first.
🕰 Here are 3 Time Management Tips that have made a HUGE impact with helping busy people become productive in everything they do, and make time for fitness:
1. PLAN OUT YOUR ENTIRE WEEK IN ADVANCE
🌟 Hour-by-Hour every day for the entire week, maybe that is 4am-9pm. This way you can work as the CEO of your life and be sure to move things around to days where you are most likely to do them!
🌟 For example, Mondays are often busy for many people, so make sure you don't meal prep or do laundry on Mondays. Make sure that I have both food and clothes stacked and ready to go for the week.
🌟 You can use a yearly planner from a company like Paper Plan Co. and it does a great job at providing the template needed to schedule everything for your work! Utilize the note section in your phone as well!
2. DEVELOP A MORNING ROUTINE
- Keep is SIMPLE!
The key here is to get up at the same time every single day and studies have shown that getting up at different times can affect your circadian rhythm which can have a negative impact on your hormones which obviously will have a negative impact on your mood and results! Create a routine and stick to it!
3. SCHEDULE IMPORTANT THINGS EARLY IN THE DAY
Make sure that you do the things you know you need to do as soon as you can in the day. That way the day won't get away from you and you can knock out all your tasks that you know you need to do to keep you on track!
Hopefully this helps you have a better idea of how to build good time management habits and stay consistent in helping yourself and the people you take care of in your life. If you ever have any questions or need anything please let me know!
