
Happy Halloween 🎃 There is a reason I love this picture 📸 and it's because it reminds me that each of us can achieve things we can't even imagine. I spent almost my entire life, fit and active, but my body not actually showing it. A layer of body fat always covered my muscle definition. It was there, just hidden. That's the whole portion control, calorie control that most of society doesn't want to deal with. They would rather allow acceptance than to take it head on.
We can all take it head on in a nice slow sustainable rate, not giving up just because it creeps back up. I know by heart it never feels fair. But you can do it if you don't give into the lies. Get back up and go!
We are heading into the season of the greatest weight gain of the year for most people. It discourages most people and the think something is wrong with themselves.
That's a lie 😕 Don’t believe the lie!
It doesn't FEEL like we are eating too many calories, but we are. That's all it is. We adapt to calories, and can still feel hunger when we eat more than we need.
We can adapt to the correct amount, but it's HARD. It hurts, and it doesn't feel fair!
The truth is, life isn't fair and achieving fat loss is extremely hard. Those around you won't like you doing it and society will try and pull you back down. You will seem obsessive, but the truth is you will have to fight sometimes for what you want.
I still fight the good fight. 👊🏻 I pace myself to win.

ME: I'm letting go of yesterday and making my focus my macros - NOT the scale, not anything else, just the numbers for my macros which has the BIGGEST IMPACT on fat loss. I'm also hitting everything in my daily checklist in the dashboard - sleep, water, macros, protein, workout! BOOM!
