Don't forget the weekend game plan! Follow the plan, it works -- Only if you really do it though.


Some days feel impossible, but I believe I can achieve what many would say can’t be done at our age. I continue to prove them wrong, by my own belief. Belief is many things you know, even if you don’t FEEL or SEE it happening. Many days we feel we are merely surviving. If we give into the various lies, we can lose our belief. Belief is something we must keep in our minds every day. It’s kind of like going to the gym every day. We lose it if we don’t put those small steps in every day.


It's no different from taking care of your garden, or house, or vehicle, or any other maintenance that needs to be done. If we neglect, we grow weeds, attract pests, grow dust and spider webs and those things all take over.


Your body needs attention, every day, or it grows the undesirable things you don’t want and that don’t make you feel good.


BELIEVE:


  1. There is a way: Believe that you can succeed

  2. Everyone is doing the best they can: At this moment in their lives

  3. Failure is a learned tool; Failure is part of success

  4. I can do anything, but I can't do everything: Do what’s most important, drop the rest

  5. Small improvements are enough: Small changes are manageable

  6. I don't need to be the best: I have to be my best

  7. It will all be over someday: enjoy life, take chances

  8. Good things often take time: Learn to love the process

  9. I already have everything I need to get started: Just start
