✅✔ It's a lie. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
People want a formula, but it's an art.
They want the magic eating pattern, but that is an art too.
They want it fast, but that won't happen either. They want to treat their body like a machine, but it's not. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They will think a magic macro formula is the answer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They will think certain magic foods are the answer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Or having a bad and good food list. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Or being perfect in an eating schedule. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Or that intermittent fasting is the answer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And then they fast every day and wonder why they binge. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Look up the word intermittent. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It is not bad, but they abuse it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Or doing this or that by a certain date. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Or that what the other person is doing should work for them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I know, I made all those same mistakes. ⠀
You CAN achieve something similar at an older age, more than you could possibly imagine. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But it will be different.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Your own best. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Don't get too caught up in the rules that you must eat this or that and this time or that or that you can't eat before or after a certain time.
Even I have to measure my portions during seasons of my life after the stress gets to me and I've gotten a little heavy handed on portions.
I know it's not fun! I know! But none of us gets a free pass. We must roll up our sleeves and deal.
No. Every day can be different. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
