High Protein Low Calorie Waffle Recipe

The key to making good protein waffles is a good quality waffle iron. A link to the best type of waffle iron... if you order it from Amazon let me know in an email and let me know if you need help. I'm here, I'm the real deal.

This recipe is super simple: 1 cup egg whites

1/2 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream 1st Phorm protein powder.

(I now use the All Natural Protein with Stevia) 170 calories, 34 grams of protein.

Blend. Be careful with how much you pour into the waffle iron as it expands quite a bit.

Practice makes perfect and after a few tries you'll have it down. They are very yummy and satisfying. Protein is always the key. Protein is what makes us feel best when dieting and building muscle.

I learned a lot about the value of protein while keeping your calories in check when I trained for a fitness competition. I still use those same lessons today although I am not a fitness competitor.

We need a bit of all food groups and nutrients, so the key to diet success and sustainability is keeping the focus on protein and veggies, and just enough healthy carbs and fats to get us to our calorie goal. We all have different needs and likes so there is no one size fits all meal plan. If you need help with tweaking your meal plans that's what I'm good at so feel free to ask.

PS about the only thing a trophy is good for is putting on the table as a reminder and mnemonic that YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO. This is how we do it!!
