What is the best protein to eat?
That depends. Each person is different. We all react differently and some of us have allergies to specific foods.
It also depends on your goals. If you are trying to lose weight than most days you will need to consume leaner protein. You want to get the maximum amount of protein per calories so that you can eat enough protein, yet less energy, so that your body burns the fat.
