In Workouts
With my ortho issues, even a 2 mile walk sends me into nighttime thrashing - hip to knee to ankle (seeing ortho tomorrow)...for the past year.....so today I did a stability ball workout with Pilates Anytime and now doing a 50 minute reformer workout on my aeropilates. At my old age, diet is 95 percent, workouts just keep me from shrinking to a gnome...and I love exercise and do something daily.

In Introduce Yourself
Hi Everyone, So happy to join you. I'm a life long fitgirl, have done/taught everything there is. I'm an ICU nurse living in a state of continual low level dread. My years of exercise have kept my heart and blood work young ,but - 4 bulging discs with spurs, hip spurs , torn labrum, massive arthritis.....So, respecting my body/vs. going "soft" and lazy is a challenge for me to distinguish. I coach patients and local fit folks, but need some support myself these days and was happy to meet Bobbi through my fellow fit girl, Jenelle Ford.... Looking forward to meeting you all!
